Terms and Conditions

Seller. This website is operated by S Shashikala, sole proprietor trading as SKR Kitchen, at 55, 3rd Cross Rd, Krishna Devaraya Nagar, Yelachenahalli, Kumaraswamy Layout, Bengaluru 560111, Karnataka, India. Contact: +91 84313 98402 or hello.skrkitchen@gmail.com.

Menu and availability. We offer made-to-order, home-style Mandya food. Each listing states its price and weight or portion. Availability depends on ingredients and kitchen capacity. We will seek your agreement before substituting an item.

Orders. Check your items, quantities, delivery map pin, address, phone number and requested delivery time before ordering. An order is accepted when we confirm it. A payment notification alone does not confirm kitchen acceptance.

Bulk orders. Bulk and gathering orders require at least 24 hours’ notice. Menu, quantities, delivery arrangements, total price and any advance payment must be confirmed before acceptance.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. Bulk orders use the agreed quote. Online payment will be offered only when enabled; available methods will appear at checkout.

Delivery. Delivery is subject to map-pin coverage and our Delivery Policy. Provide accurate directions and remain reachable during the agreed delivery window. Contact us promptly if your address changes.

Food information. Tell us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We will confirm whether we can accommodate them; do not assume a dish or kitchen is allergen-free.

Cancellations and problems. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains eligibility, requests and timelines. Contact us promptly about missing, incorrect or unsatisfactory food.

Everyday meals plans. These are coming soon. Separate plan terms will be provided before sales begin.

Privacy and complaints. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Send complaints to hello.skrkitchen@gmail.com with your order details. We acknowledge them within 24 hours and decide refund requests within 3 working days.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law. Changes apply to future orders; accepted orders remain subject to the terms agreed when accepted.
